Penny qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and is a member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Solicitors). She spent almost 20 years with a large  regional firm  firstly dealing with conveyancing, Wills and Probate and then, since 1991, specialising in Probate, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and Court of Protection and related work.  Penny joined Belcher Frost as a partner in March 2002.

John qualified as a solicitor in 1981.  He joined Mr. Belcher as a partner in 1988 and took over the Emsworth practice in 1995 when Mr. Belcher retired.  John has experience in many areas of law including licensing, personal injury and family law but now specialises in commercial and residential property work.

David came to Belcher Frost in 1997 having entered the profession in 1977.  He worked with his father for 9 years and passed his Institute of Legal Executives examinations in 1982.  David has specialised in Conveyancing throughout his career.
